Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR COURSES, TEACHINGS, CLASSES, GONG MEDIATIONS AND RETREATS, PLEASE READ TERMS & CONDITIONS ON THE BOTTOM OF THE WEBSITE! PRIVATE CONSULTATIONS & APPOINTMENTS All Private Consultation / Appointment fees are due prior to the scheduled appointment and are non-refundable. Appointments that are canceled 48 hours or more prior to the appointment time may be rescheduled to a future date at no additional cost. Only one re-schedule will be allowed per client. Additional cancellations will be subject to a $35.00 transfer fee when rescheduled to a future date. Appointments cancelled 48 hours or less will be subject to a $35.00 transfer fee when rescheduled to a future date, otherwise cancellation fee is 100% of fees paid. Cancellation fee for no-shows is 100% of fees paid. ​Notice of cancellation must be sent to contact@sevenraysofthesun.net. ​ Consultations are by appointment only, and are not designed to respond to immediate or urgent situations. For immediate or urgent situations, please dial 911 (outside of the USA, the number for SOS emergency calls), contact your local county mental health services, or visit your local healthcare emergency services. Please note that sessions are limited to the practice of spiritual readings and energetic healings and not intended to diagnose or treat medical or psychological conditions, nor to provide medical advice, or serve as a substitute for medical or professional care. Psychological issues and medical conditions should be addressed directly by, and under the care of, your personal physician.
