Seven Rays Of The Sun

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The programs, classes and retreats offered by Seven Rays Of The Sun (“Seven Rays” hereinafter) are intensive journeys of learning and transformation. In order to receive the full benefit of the programs, classes and retreats, students must be committed to their journey. The following policies are intended to assist with a successful experience.

We ask that participants attending any of our offerings do so strictly for educational reasons and not to seek healing of any kind. Persons with health or psychiatric problems may find some programs physically and mentally trying and risky. We recommend that in case of doubt, a physician or mental health professional be consulted.

 

​Seven Rays Of The Sun reserves the right to accept or reject any person as a participant at any time, and to make changes in the itinerary whenever deemed necessary for the comfort, convenience, and safety of our participants, and to cancel a program at any time.​

 

CLASSES, TEACHINGS, COURSE PROGRAMM

 

Registration:

Registration will be considered complete upon the payment of your deposit. Deposits are due immediately by registration, and payment of the balance is due no later than 30 days before the commencement date. Based on space available, Seven Rays will endeavor to facilitate student bookings at later dates. In the remote circumstance that minimum class or event sizes are not reached, such event will be rescheduled and all associated deposits or additional payments will remain in good standing.

Deposits

All deposits for classes are non-refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

If a student needs to withdraw from a class, teaching, or course program the student must send a written withdrawal letter to contact@sevenraysofthesun.net at least 30 days before the course commencement date. The student may receive a refund of the cost of the class, teaching, or course program minus deposit, but only to the extent that all funds have been paid to and received by Seven Rays.

 

All deposits are non-refundable.

 

No refunds will be issued for cancellations received 15 days or less prior to the scheduled single class, teaching, or course program. When you register for a Teaching / Course Program (residential or online), a single class, a Gong Meditation - Single Session, or Retreat you agree to these terms.

 

CANCELLATION FEES

Teaching / Course Program – Residential

 

Cancellation requests made 16 days or more in advance of the class start date of the class, teaching, or course program receive a refund minus 30% fee of the course price paid in full. Cancellation requests made 15 days or less in advance of the class date of the course program may not receive a refund.

Teaching / Course Program – Online

 

Cancellation requests made 16 days or more in advance of the class start date of the course program receive a refund minus 30% fee of the course price paid in full. Cancellation requests made 15 days or less in advance of the class start date of the course program may not receive a refund.

Single Class

 

Cancellation requests made 16 days or more in advance of the single class start date receive a refund minus 30% fee of the course price paid in full. Cancellation requests made 15 days or less in advance of the class start date may not receive a refund.

In all cases, the cancellation request must be sent to contact@sevenraysofthesun.net.

 

Gong Meditation - Single Session

 

Cancelation requests up to 72 hours before the date and time of the Gong Meditation - Single Session receive a 100% refund. Cancellation requests between 25-72 hours before the Gong Meditation - Single Session may transferred to a different date/time of the same event. The credit must be used within the next three dates of a Gong Meditation - Single Session. Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the event date/time may not receive a refund nor a transfer.

RETREATS

 

We understand that things happen in life. We also ask you to understand that we have expenses for preparing for the retreat. Therefore we do have cancellation fees for retreats. ​Your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. All payments are due no later than 30 days before the retreat commencement date.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance in order to protect yourself from extenuating circumstances forcing you to cancel your trip.

 

Cancellations

 

If you request a cancelation of your reservation, all payments made to and received by Seven Rays Of The Sun, less your deposit, will be refunded if we receive a written cancellation request at least 45 days before the program’s start date. If the written cancellation request is received less than 45 days before the start date, or if the participant fails to attend (no-show), the cancellation fee is 100% of the total price.

 

If a refund is approved, such refund will be made no sooner than 30 days after receipt of the written cancellation notice.

CANCELLATION THROUGH SEVEN RAYS OF THE SUN

Although Seven Rays Of The Sun will do everything possible to hold programs, classes, courses, teachings, trainings and retreats as scheduled, cancellations may occur for reasons beyond the control of Seven Rays Of The Sun. Such cancellations may be the result of acts of God or force majeure (including, but not limited to, earthquakes, volcanoes, severe storms, floods, etc.), political machinations (including, but not limited to, war, closure of borders, etc.), terrorism or threats of terrorist activities, or acts of other third-parties (including, but not limited to, the canceling of reservations by conference centers, hotels, etc.).

 

If a program, course, class, or retreat is cancelled for reasons indicated in this paragraph, or for any other reason beyond the control of Seven Rays Of The Sun, then the participant will be given a full credit of amounts paid to attend a future course, class, teachings, training, program or retreat of the same nature as the cancelled event for a period of two years. No refunds will be issued for cancellations beyond the control of Seven Rays Of The Sun.

 

WHETHER THE CANCELLATION OF A CLASS, COURSE, TEACHING, TRAINING, PROGRAM OR RETREAT IS DUE TO A REQUEST BY THE STUDENT, OR IS INITIATED BY SEVEN RAYS OF THE SUN FOR ANY REASON, IN NO EVENT WILL SEVEN RAYS OF THE SUN BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PERSONAL EXPENSES INCURRED IN PREPARATION FOR, OR IN RELATION TO THE CANCELLED EVENT. SUCH PERSONAL EXPENSES MAY INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, TRAVEL EXPENSES, CHILD CARE EXPENSES, OR ANY OTHER EXPENSE INCURRED BY THE STUDENT.

 

THE STUDENT ACKNOWLEDGES THAT ANY REFUND IDENTIFIED IN THESE POLICIES IS SOLELY FOR MONIES THAT HAVE BEEN PAID DIRECTLY TO AND RECEIVED BY SEVEN RAYS AS AN EXPENSE FOR THE SUBJECT EVENT, AND THE STUDENT HOLDS SEVEN RAYS OF THE SUN HARMLESS FOR ANY OTHER MONIES THAT THE STUDENT MAY PAY TO THIRD PARTIES IN PREPARATION FOR OR IN RELATION TO ANY PROGRAM, CLASS, COURSE, TEACHING, TRAINING, PROGRAM OR RETREAT.

PRIVATE CONSULTATIONS & APPOINTMENTS

 

All Private Consultation / Appointment fees are due prior to the scheduled appointment and are non-refundable.

 

Appointments that are canceled 48 hours or more prior to the appointment time may be rescheduled to a future date at no additional cost. Only one re-schedule will be allowed per client. Additional cancellations will be subject to a $35.00 transfer fee when rescheduled to a future date.

Appointments cancelled 48 hours or less will be subject to a $35.00 transfer fee when rescheduled to a future date, otherwise cancellation fee is 100% of fees paid. Cancellation fee for no-shows is 100% of fees paid.

Consultations are by appointment only, and are not designed to respond to immediate or urgent situations. For immediate or urgent situations, please dial 911 (outside of the USA, the number for SOS emergency calls), contact your local county mental health services, or visit your local healthcare emergency services.

 

Please note that sessions are limited to the practice of spiritual readings and energetic healings and not intended to diagnose or treat medical or psychological conditions, nor to provide medical advice, or serve as a substitute for medical or professional care. Psychological issues and medical conditions should be addressed directly by, and under the care of, your personal physician.

 

PROPRIETARY INFORMATION POLICY

 

This policy is to ensure that the healing practices, exercises, materials and terms presented to students in any program are utilized appropriately. In order to enroll in any program, class, course or retreat students agree to the restrictions on the use of information presented by Seven Rays Of The Sun, and students and graduates must observe the following guidelines for using and sharing this work:

 

  1. Students and graduates of the Seven Rays Of The Sun may not advertise or present themselves in any way that implies that they are a branch or authorized representative of the Seven Rays Of The Sun.

  2. Students or graduates may not advertise or represent themselves as being certified by the Seven Rays Of The Sun to teach, unless they have gone through Training Programs as taught by Seven Rays Of The Sun, and have received the appropriate certification and authorization.

  3. Our teaching is an oral tradition and students are encouraged to take notes. However, any materials handed out during the classes, courses, teachings or trainings are for the students’ personal use only. Students may not provide materials to any other individuals, including clients or family members, unless authorized by the Seven Rays Of The Sun through written permission.

  4. You may not teach Seven Rays Of The Sun healing techniques, methods, exercises, materials or any other part of the curriculum developed or used by the Seven Rays Of The Sun in any manner. Setting up schools, or sponsoring seminars, workshops and training programs that use the Seven Rays Of The Sun techniques, curriculum, and materials is unlawful, and prohibited.

  5.  Graduates of the Seven Rays Of The Sun are authorized to practice as Practitioners of Seven Rays Of The Sun but are not authorized by Seven Rays Of The Sun to teach or train others in the healing methods and techniques of Seven Rays Of The Sun.

  6. If a teacher or graduate wishes to give an informational talk or seminar about Seven Rays Of The Sun, please contact the office to obtain guidelines and materials available for such events.
