Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR COURSES, TEACHINGS, CLASSES, GONG MEDIATIONS AND RETREATS, PLEASE READ TERMS & CONDITIONS ON THE BOTTOM OF THE WEBSITE! PRIVATE CONSULTATIONS & APPOINTMENTS All Private Consultation / Appointment fees are due prior to the scheduled appointment and are non-refundable. Appointments that are canceled 48 hours or more prior to the appointment time may be rescheduled to a future date at no additional cost. Only one re-schedule will be allowed per client. Additional cancellations will be subject to a $35.00 transfer fee when rescheduled to a future date. Appointments cancelled 48 hours or less will be subject to a $35.00 transfer fee when rescheduled to a future date, otherwise cancellation fee is 100% of fees paid. Cancellation fee for no-shows is 100% of fees paid. ​Notice of cancellation must be sent to contact@sevenraysofthesun.net. ​ Consultations are by appointment only, and are not designed to respond to immediate or urgent situations.
